So when the Buttered Bun closes down, Lou needs another job pronto. Louisa Clark’s café wages are much relied-upon: her mum, Josie is the stay-at-home carer for Granddad all of her sister Katrina’s pay goes to bringing up her own young son and her dad Bernard’s job at the furniture factory is looking less secure every day. I was given a copy of this book by the publisher for the purpose of unbiased review, while all the presented information is based on my impressions.Me Before You is the first book in the Me Before You series by award-winning British author, Jojo Moyes. This is the reason why I can once again fully recommend both this book and the whole Instaread edition – giving chance for all people to enjoy great books, no matter how thick they are. Though I’m not seeing myself as the part of target audience I described earlier for this kind of books, it makes me very happy to share pleasant experience of this booklet reading – so if you don’t have enough time or chance to read full book version, this ‘Summary & Analysis’ edition is the closest you can get to the original Jojo Moyes’s work. This book is split into three sections – the first, called Summary, presents reader with the most important characters appearing in “After You”, the second part named Analysis, discusses the relationships between protagonists and the book themes, while the third part “Author’s Style” speaks about Jojo Moyes writing style.Īs I had written for few other summarized books, I’m more than sure that many people after reading this nicely made summary would decide to read the actual book version, intrigued by its content for others, either if they are not planning to read it already did so, this summarized edition will be an excellent reminder or reference. For those people these summarized books are great opportunity to still enjoy and become familiar with the literary bestsellers. In same time, there are probably even more of those that unfortunately don’t have enough free time to spend on reading, or maybe enough patience to be for so long in company of a book. There are many people who spend their time on reading, having enough will and patience, but mostly leisure time to go through the literary works hundreds of pages long, such as this one that has almost 400. Therefore, I would recommend its reading even to those that had read Moyes’s work in order to have chance to study all the details about the story that you maybe previously missed. Though this is not the first Instaread edition I had chance to read, Jojo Moyes book in my opinion is one of the most successful edition guys at Instaread prepared – beside managing to nicely introduce you to the sequel of 2009 bestseller “Me Before You”, it also brought great analysis of character relationships, especially Lilly and Lou. Summary & Analysis of “After You” originally written by Jojo Moyes and prepared by Instaread, was another chance for me to enjoy in this beautiful emotional story – though this time in summarized edition. ![]() We read every chapter, summarize and analyze it for your convenience.
